Quake Kit currently ships Canada wide.
Products will be processed within 2 business days following the receipt of the order. Product is normally shipped within 3 – 5 business days.
All of our products sold, shipped and delivered originate in Canada and therefore we are able to provide our Canadian customers the cost savings of no duties or customs fees. (some exceptions apply)
We will use the most secure, cost effective and safe way to deliver your products. Most products are shipped via Canada Post, TForce or FedEx unless the size of the order or the client requires alternate shipping arrangements. These may incur additional shipping charges and will be communicated via email. The products are shipped only after we have received confirmation of your order and there is available stock.
In some circumstances, additional shipping charges may incur for oversized, bulky or heavier items. You will be contacted via email after we have received your order in our system.
The safe shipment of your order is our priority. We take care and attention to ship in crush protective boxes and pack our product tightly so that there is minimal movement within the boxes. With larger orders, we will make sure that the box is not too big or unwieldy to handle.
All shipping charges, if any, are in Canadian Dollars.
RETURN / CANCELLATION POLICIES
Cancel Items from an Order:
Quake Kit customers may cancel any item from their order with the exception of special orders or sale items provided that the customer order has not yet entered the Quake Kit shipping and processing department.
Customers are encouraged to contact Quake Kit as soon as possible to cancel items from their order.
If the item to be cancelled has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled by our customer service department. However, customers may return the item at their own shipping expense for a Quake Kit Online Store Credit. Please refer to the Quake Kit Return Policy below for more information.
General Return Policy:
Quake Kit customers may return new, un-opened items purchased and fulfilled from Quake Kit within 30 days of Quake Kit receipt or invoice for a store credit at customers own shipping expense. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Quake Kit will only pay return shipping charges if the return is a result of Quake Kits error.
Customers should expect to receive a Quake Kit Online Store Credit Voucher within four weeks of Quake Kit receiving returned item to the return shipper. However, in many cases customers may receive an Quake Kit Online Store Credit Voucher sooner. This time period includes the transit time for Quake Kit to receive the customer return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days) and the time it takes Quake Kit to process customer returns once Quake Kit receives it (5 to 7 business days).
Items That Are Not Returnable:
Quake Kit does not accept returns of the following items:
- Items that are opened and used.
- Items that are damaged by customers.
- Food or water storage containers that have been used.
- Food items that have been opened
- Bulk Foods
- Electronics (other than warranty items)
If a customer received a faulty item from Quake Kit and needs to exchange it for the same replacement item. The customer may return the item to Quake Kit for inspection complete with proof of customer shipping costs. If upon inspection by Quake Kit the item is deemed faulty, Quake Kit will ship a replacement item to the customer at no expense. Quake Kit will also include reimbursement to the customer for the shipping costs incurred to ship the faulty item back to Quake Kit.
If the customer would like to exchange a faulty item for a different item, they can return the faulty item to Quake Kit for inspection complete with proof of customer shipping costs. If upon inspection by Quake Kit the item is deemed faulty, Quake Kit will ship a replacement item to the customer at no expense unless the shipping costs to ship the different replacement item is substantially higher due to increased weight and size as compared to the original items. In this event, the customer will only be charged the increased shipping costs above and beyond what the cost would have been for shipping the original faulty replacement item back to the customer. Quake Kit will also include reimbursement to the customer for the shipping costs incurred by the customer to ship the faulty item back to Quake Kit.
Please allow approximately 5 to 7 business days to process returns after items are received at the Quake Kit Returns Center. Quake Kit will notify customer via e-mail when the replacement items are processed and ready to be shipped.
